Lexanox Plus Oral Paste Sugar Free is for external use only, so apply where it is needed in oral cavity. The best time to apply the medication is after brushing or post meals and at bedtime. It may cause temporary pain and burning at the application site. But, inform your doctor if this does not go away. If significant healing or pain relief does not occur in other 10 days than you may consult your dentist or physician again.
