Pulmofree 10mg Injection is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. It decreases high pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs (the pulmonary arteries). This way it reduces the strain on the heart and improves blood flow, lowering blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries. Pulmofree 10mg Injection is given under the supervision of a doctor or a nurse. Do not stop receiving the injection without consulting your doctor as it may lead to the worsening of your symptoms. However, you should stop taking it if leads to loss of vision in one or both eyes or sudden loss of hearing with ringing sensation in your ear.Common side effects of this medicine include flushing, headaches, stiffness, blurred vision, muscle pain, difficulty in breathing, inflammation of sinus, and inflammation of nasal lining. It may also cause dizziness or sleepiness. So, do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.Pulmofree 10mg Injection can be dangerous to take it along with medicines called nitrates (often given for chest pain).
